The website presents Chalupa Viktorka and makes it possible to book a stay. Payments for the stay are not processed on this website; booking and payment take place through the e-chalupy.cz reservation system and follow your booking confirmation.

The subject of the rental is the whole of Chalupa Viktorka near Žamberk, which is always let as a whole to a single group of guests. The cottage offers 12 beds and 2 extra beds, sleeping up to 14 people in total.

The cottage is never rented per room or shared with other guests – the whole property and the garden are reserved exclusively for you and your group for the duration of your stay.

You can check the availability of dates in the availability calendar on this website or on the cottage profile at e-chalupy.cz. You can send an enquiry using the contact form, by phone, or book directly through the e-chalupy.cz reservation system.

A binding booking is created once the reservation is confirmed in the e-chalupy.cz system. All details of your stay – the dates, number of guests, deposit amount and payment terms – are set out in the booking confirmation, which is binding for both parties.

After the booking is confirmed, a 50% deposit is payable by invoice. The balance is due one week before arrival.

When the keys are handed over, a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 is collected. It is returned to the guest at the end of the stay provided no damage to the property is found and the cottage is handed back in good order.

The price of the stay is final and includes bed linen, towels, bath towels, electricity and water. No hidden charges apply.

If a booking is cancelled, the deposit is refunded according to how far in advance the cancellation is made:

The arrival and departure dates are stated in the booking confirmation. The exact times for handing over and returning the cottage are always agreed with the owner in advance, usually by phone before arrival.

The owner or a representative will hand the cottage over to the guests and take it back at the end of the stay. At handover, guests will be introduced to the facilities and how everything works.

During your stay, please keep the cottage tidy and respect quiet hours in the evening and at night. The cottage stands in a residential neighbourhood – please be considerate towards the neighbours and the garden.

The guest is responsible for any damage to the cottage furnishings and equipment caused by their own fault and is obliged to pay for it.

Only the persons listed in the booking may stay at the cottage. Accommodating additional unregistered persons without the owner’s consent is not permitted.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, both in the cottage and in the garden – the garden includes a playground and a treehouse, which guests use at their own responsibility.

Use the fireplace and the gas barbecue safely and according to the instructions in the cottage. Smoking is allowed outdoors only; smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.

Pets are allowed at the cottage only after prior arrangement with the owner.

The owner is not liable for the personal belongings of guests left in the cottage, in the garden or in the surroundings of the property, nor for damage or injuries caused by not following the house rules, safety instructions or these terms and conditions.

We recommend that guests take out travel insurance covering the risks connected with their stay.

When booking a stay, we process guests’ personal data – name, contact details and stay dates. We process this data only for the purpose of arranging the stay and meeting legal duties, such as keeping the guest register.

We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
